The pink cocktail dress…

The famous pink evening gown (or cocktail dress, made in silk) of Hubert de Givenchy, designed for the wardrobe of Mrs. Audrey Hepburn in “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”, was also used by her off-screen.

-Audrey wore this dress from 1960 until about 1970.
